Any user who needs full access (create, edit, manage) is a billable Pro seat. The organization admin selects which members are billable. Non-billable members get read-only access at no charge.

New organizations start on a 30-day Pro trial without a credit card. Unless you subscribe, the account moves to Free after the trial. Free allows one user and two active sites; sites beyond that limit become inactive until you adjust your plan or sites.

You can manage plan changes in organization billing. A paid-plan downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period. Review the amount and effective date shown before confirming a change.

Supported field records can be retained on a device and synchronized when connectivity returns. Some actions, including issuing an invoice, taking payment and accounting synchronization, require a connection. An unfinished invoice can be explicitly saved as a recoverable device draft.

You can export organization records from account settings. After a paid subscription ends, plan limits apply; review your sites and storage before downgrading.

Currently, Pro is billed monthly at $19/user/month. We may introduce annual billing with a discount in the future.

Storage is allocated per user and pooled across your organization: Pro includes 20 GB per user, pooled across your team, and Unlimited 50 GB per user, pooled — so a six-person Pro team shares 120 GB and a heavy uploader can use teammates' unused allocation. Read-only users are free and add no storage, and every organization gets at least one user's worth. Additional storage is available on either plan at $10 per 100 GB per month. Photos are automatically optimized (2048 px, JPEG) before upload, so a typical site photo uses well under 1 MB.

No. All paid users in an organization must be on the same tier — either all Pro or all Unlimited. You can always add free view-only users regardless of your plan.

Yes! SSO with Google, Microsoft, and Apple is included in all plans at no extra cost.
